We collect your name, email, phone, billing address, tour selection, date, party/vehicle details, IP address, agreement acceptance, bank reference and payment status electronically to arrange and perform your booking, communicate with you, issue invoices, reconcile payments, resolve disputes and protect transaction security.
Processing relies on Turkish Law No. 6698, Article 5/2(c) contract performance, 5/2(ç) legal obligations, 5/2(e) establishment, exercise or protection of rights, and 5/2(f) legitimate security interests that do not override your fundamental rights. Necessary data may be shared with the tour/transfer suppliers, Garanti BBVA and relevant banks, legally authorised service providers and public authorities. Records are retained for applicable legal limitation/retention periods and the period needed for the service, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Card number, expiry and security code are sent directly from your browser to the bank and are not saved in the reservation database. Essential session and language preference cookies are used. This form does not request marketing consent.
Under Article 11 you may request information about processing, its purposes and recipients, correction, deletion or destruction where applicable, notification to recipients, object to adverse automated decisions and seek compensation for unlawful processing.
