Pre-contract Information and Distance Service Agreement

The service is the tour, option, date and guest/vehicle count or basket capacity specified in your checkout summary. The tour description sets out the itinerary, duration, meeting/transfer arrangements, inclusions and exclusions. Your booking summary forms part of this agreement.

The payable amount is the final TRY total shown at checkout, charged in one instalment. Other currency displays are indicative. No additional card surcharge is applied by this checkout. Applicable sales taxes are included. Completing payment creates an obligation to pay; payment success requires verified confirmation from the bank.

The service takes place on the selected date. The result page provides the payment status and booking reference; you can print or save the agreement and summary as PDF. Confirm meeting time and operational details with the provider. Incorrect contact details may prevent delivery of communications.

Cancellation, changes, weather and provider cancellations are governed by the Cancellation and Refund Policy below, subject to mandatory consumer rights. Date-specific activities and package tours may have different legal treatment; no universal unconditional 14-day cancellation rule or blanket no-refund rule is imposed here.

Send requests or complaints to the provider with your booking reference. Consumers may apply to the competent Consumer Arbitration Committees, mandatory mediation procedures and Consumer Courts under applicable jurisdiction rules.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Bookings are made for the selected date and service. No contractual right to free cancellation or refund is offered for a change of mind, late arrival or non-attendance. Statutory withdrawal, termination and refund rights remain unaffected. The withdrawal exception for date-specific leisure services applies only where its legal conditions are met; the specific rules for package travel remain applicable. If the provider cancels, fails to deliver or improperly delivers the service, this clause does not restrict the consumer's right to a refund or other statutory remedies. Services that cannot take place because of weather or an authority's decision are assessed on the same basis. Dates may be changed only by mutual agreement; an alternative service requires the guest's consent.

Send cancellation or change requests to the provider’s contact details with your booking reference. Eligible refunds are processed through the bank to the original payment card; posting time depends on the bank. This website does not initiate automatic refunds; the company handles each request. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
